Hunters Chicken

Prep time: 5 mins, Cook time: 35 mins, Total time: 40 mins
(SERVES 2)

Ingredients

120g (1/2 Jar) Slightly Different  Hunters Kickin BBQ Sauce

250g (2) Chicken Breasts 

50g (2 pieces) Smoked Back Bacon, (check ingredients)

25g Cheddar Cheese

1/2Tbsp Oil

Method

Pre-heat fan oven 180oc/350oF

Wrap one piece of bacon around each of the chicken breasts and place in an oven proof dish and drizzle with oil

Loosely cover the chicken with foil, place in the oven on a baking tray and cook for 15 minutes

Remove the tray from oven and discard the foil cover

Pour the sauce evenly over the top of the chicken breasts and place back in the oven for a further 15 minutes.

Remove the tray from the oven and sprinkle the cheese evenly over the chicken breasts

Place in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted

Serve with vegetables
