Pineapple & Vege Delight

A refreshing light & sweet smoothie with health benefits of calcium, vitamin c and protein.
200ml Lacto free milk, (vegan alternative use almond milk)
1/2 - 1g Cracked black pepper
2 Ice cubes
Peel and chop the carrot and parsnip and place in a blender
Cut the flesh from the Pineapple and add to the blender, (alternatively use tinned Pineapple in natural juice)
Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and mix until smooth
Pour into a glass and serve
